Vieux Château des Moines 2016, the second wine of Château Plaisance, is distinguished by its structure and aromatic richness. Its deep garnet-red color testifies to its concentration and potential. The nose is a festival of ripe fruits, enhanced by peppery notes that bring a touch of complexity. On the palate, the wine reveals itself as full-bodied and fleshy, with present tannins that ensure a beautiful structure and a generous finish. Ingredients:
This wine is made from a blend of carefully selected grape varietals, where Merlot dominates, bringing roundness and fruitiness. The grapes are cultivated on the slopes of the property, benefiting from optimal sunshine and a clay-limestone terroir that gives the wine its structure and complexity. Vinification is carried out with particular attention to the extraction of aromas and tannins, followed by aging in concrete vats to preserve the freshness and character of the wine.
