Looking back over the harvest gives us a sense of completion. The roses that greet us as we enter the vines continue to bring forth a few flowers but the grapes are absent now.
Jasmine has finished cutting the grapes and is glad to give his back a break.
Theirry has poured his last bucket of grapes and is enjoying his first day off.
Daniele is done sorting. 
The temperature controlled stainless steel vats are full. 
We continue to make the wine, which I will share with you on the next blog.
